The profile is preferable to be good in architecture (.Net) and also having knowledge in infrastructure. The key areas / skills that will be needed are as follows.

Experience in making an application more scalable and available.

Parallel processing, making most of the hardware available

Experience in Enterprise Architecture (preferably interfacing area)

Strong knowledge on Microservices.
